Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023

The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was organized on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the association hall. The gathering commenced promptly at 6:30 PM with Head of the Board, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the present board members.

Announcement About Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake

Dear Residents,

This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on early August, we will be modifying our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
